A solar power purchase agreement (PPA) is a financial agreement where a developer (Pensolar) is responsible for installation, operation and maintenance on a customer’s property at little to no cost. The premise owner then purchases the electricity generated at lower competitive rates for an agreed duration.

A regular 10kWp system capacity is capable of displacing 8.7tons of CO2 equivalent per year from the environment, or an equivalent of 2 passenger cars taken off the road for a year or 165 tree seedlings grown over 10 years.
